The Well is a portal into vibrant connection with yourself and a community of other powerful women.
A place to expand and make space for the grief and joy of living.
A place to reconnect to who we are outside of the responsibilities of life.
Clients that see me for individual therapy or somatic coaching who are interested in joining The Well for a workshop or series must discuss with me in session before registering. Together we will determine whether working in a group setting is the right fit, meets client’s stated goals, and supports our individual work.
