SESSIONS
Sessions are 50 minutes long. No fee will be charged for short telephone consults (lasting 10 minutes). Telephone consults that exceed 10 minutes will be billed at face-to-face session rate, to be paid at the next session. 

INSURANCE and PAYMENT
I am an out-of-network provider which means I do not bill insurance directly. Upon request, I can issue you documentation that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement according to your policy. Thoroughly check your insurance plan to see if your plan includes out-of-network provider full or partial coverage. Payment is due at the beginning of each session. I accept cash, check and debit or credit cards and Paypal.

REDUCED RATES
I believe everyone should have access to good care, therefore, I offer sliding scale rates on a limited basis. These slots are arranged in advance and are based on low income, student status, financial hardship and/or limited insurance benefits. 50 minute couples session- $140
90 minute Lifespan Integration session- $160

Counseling philosphy

My work with both individuals and couples is anchored around the how early attachments both shape our stories and affect our current relational patterns. Together we will work on building understanding, resilience, empathy, and connection in order to help you find ways to live fully alive. My therapeutic process also draws from my personality, which integrates humor, creativity and honest feedback in our work together. I am a firm believer that I can only take someone as far as I’m willing to go myself and therefore am deeply committed to my own ongoing learning, continually challenging my own internal biases, and ongoing self-work. My practice is affirming to all gender, sexual and relationship expressions.
